The TCIA Collection Manager features a robust UI for manual entry, as well as a powerful REST API for automated entry. We have designed the user interface to quickly enter collection data and relationally link downloads, citations, etc.
With all TCIA Collection Manager data dynamically stored and accessible within user-generated templates, not only are the DOI landing pages able to be granularly distilled, we have control over every aesthetic aspect of each page.
The TCIA Collection Manager now features a powerful REST API for granular requests. With a multiplicity of end points, almost every bit of data is accessible through a simple, fast set of commands. Reference the API manual to learn more.
